We only accept orders from those countries listed in the drop down menus in the address forms. These are mainly Western European countries that belong to the European Union. Not all countries are supported for credit or debit card payment; most visitors from countries outside the UK can only pay via bank transfer.

Fragile and bulky items, like aquariums and mattresses, are only shipped to mainland UK addresses. Some remote parts of Scotland are excluded as well. Where possible, the system will recognise your location by postcode and inform you of delivery limitations or additional costs.
