Once you have placed the order you will be informed in your account whether or not your order was successful, and what the order status is. This can be one of the following:

• Payment Authorised- Your bank details match and are correct
• Pending Fraud Review- Your order did not pass all of our security checks. Our customer services team may be in touch for further details.
• Order Processed -Money debited and is being prepared for dispatch
• Fully Processed-Order has been sent and tracking details are accessible
• Awaiting card transaction - We are awaiting credit card payment from the customer - order incomplete
• Awaiting cheque - We are awaiting cheque from the customer - order incomplete
