You can access the tracking details online once you have created an account with us. You can track items that are sent via couriers and signed for royal mail. Items with royal mail can be tracked when they have been delivered.

Smaller items are normally sent vai First Class Royal mail and the service is pretty good. But at times due to hundreds of deliveries daily this can be delayed. It is a royal mail policy that if the items do not arrive within 15 working days, the item is recorded as MISSING! In such a case we can send you another item free of charge or you could pay in advance and we send you a replacement.

For missed deliveries you need to contact the concerned logistics for re-delivery if this exceeds more than twice and gets returned to the office an extra charge has to made for re-delivery.
